ABOUT KIVA
KIVA was founded by Gary Griffin in 1998 as a construction and land development company. Mr. Griffin is a third generation Austin TX Civil Contractor and Land Developer who built his first subdivision in 1983 as a partner in the development. Mr. Griffin has more than 30 years of first hand experience in civil construction and uses that experience on all projects.

KIVA, Inc is a professional construction service committed to create and maintain a proactive partnering with all stakeholders which fosters quality workmanship in successful projects working both as a General Contractor and as a Specialized Sub-Contractor.
Company Profile.
KIVA's principal is Gary Griffin who grew up in the construction business and is a third-generation contractor in the Austin, Texas area. Mr. Griffin constructed the roads and infrastructure of his first sub-division in 1983 as both the general superintendent and a partner in the sub-division. Mr. Griffin has over 30 years of experience in heavy construction and was also a partner in the family business until their retirement at which time Gary incorporated KIVA.
